About the event
Diane Harris, a former editor with Quiltmakers magazine and widely published quilt designer, will share her “Jingle Bells” trunk show with CQC members at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 5. She’ll share large and small, pieced and appliquéd, modern and traditional quilts designed for the winter holidays. This show is more than red and green quilts. There are color recipes of all sorts. Diane encourages you to attend to get your creative jingle on. Diane will teach a 2.5-hour version of her popular “Baby Windmills” workshop from 1-3:30 p.m. Sunday, December 6 via Zoom. This is a fun, fast and easy project right on time for holiday gift giving. You’ll reduce your stash as Diane leads you in some serious scrap play. She says she’s been making this versatile block for years, continually discovering new ways to use the blocks. She’ll share her examples then help you create a unique quilt. The class will be stress-free. Diane will share some bonus quilt techniques as time allows.
